The worst part of riding a motorcycle in the summer is the heat. The 2nd worse part is randomly getting drenched by a monsoon. Like today.

Much better long run this week vs. last week. Felt way better. Not sure what went wrong last week but glad it was an isolated incident.

Running goal for tomorrow morning. Increase long run (this is so sad, but you have to start somewhere) from 3mi to 3.5mi.

I’m looking for an early morning swim class on the west side of town. I’m running again, I’d like to start swimming again as well…
